Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clearday: Caffeine & Sleep ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Clearday helps you track caffeine intake, visualize blood caffeine levels using a half-life decay model, and correlate caffeine timing with sleep and heart rate data from Apple Health. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

Not Medical Advice

Clearday provides information based on published research for general wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your caffeine intake, especially if you have a health condition.

Subscriptions and Payments

Clearday offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Yearly: $34.99/year

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

User Responsibilities

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Clearday are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on the App's information.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Apple's Standard EULA

Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
